Diverse settings. Unique career paths.
The flagship of Hebrew SeniorLife is the 640-bed Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. At this beautiful, modern facility, RNs and LPNs can experience the professional challenges of working in three distinct settings defined by our trademark commitment to individualized care and personal recognition.
- On our 46-bed Medical Acute Care Unit (MACU), we provide high acuity, state-of-the-art services to medically complex patients on a level comparable to that of any major Med/Surg unit.
- Our 50-bed Recuperative Services Unit is dedicated to providing sophisticated, short-term care for patients recovering from acute hospital stays.
We are also home to one of New England's most celebrated and innovative long-term care environments, where our nursing teams provide sophisticated care and play a vital role in the development and implementation of multidisciplinary plans of care.
Hebrew SeniorLife also offers compelling opportunities at the Institute for Aging Research, the largest and most acclaimed geriatric research institute in the United States; at our two revolutionary continuing care retirement communities, NewBridge on the Charles and Orchard Cove; and at our three independent senior housing complexes in Eastern Massachusetts.
